BM Shopping Mall Terms and Conditions
This page explains the terms for using BM Shopping Mall’s (“BM Shopping Mall,” “we,” or “us”) website, mobile applications, and services, and any other software provided on or in connection with the BM Shopping Mall services including the Software, Mobile Software, Apple-Sourced Software, and Beta Services (collectively called the “Service”). 1. Acceptance of the Terms of Use
Please read the Agreement carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and by our Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered user of our Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you shouldn’t and aren’t permitted to use the Service. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service (“Users”).
2. Payment
Payment must be by way of credit card through the BM Shopping Mall website located at www.bmshoppingmall.com. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for controlling access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We have refund policies specific to the type of products or services you are purchasing:

3. Shipping/Delivery
- Your product will be shipped promptly upon receipt of your order. If you pre-ordered a product, or the product you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you of the estimated shipping date.
- If the vendor changes their pricing, we reserve the right to cancel open orders and notify you of the new pricing.
- If an item is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel the order at any time, even if the product is in transit or returned to sender.
Shipments will be made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. You authorize BM Shopping Mall to import goods on your behalf and agree that BM Shopping Mall may delegate these obligations to subcontractors (e.g., customs brokers). Taxes and duties will be paid in addition to the purchase price.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account with BM Shopping Mall. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Keep your account information updated.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Be responsible for all activities under your account.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account by discontinuing use of the Service and deleting your account. Sections relating to ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity will survive termination.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BM Shopping Mall, its affiliates, and employees from claims, losses, or damages arising from:
